In the event you have found a record in this system, please head to the life insurance company’s office for confirmation as the rightful recipient, then confirm the amount of unclaimed life insurance proceeds and the date of payment. The life insurance company will provide you with the necessary information to proceed with claiming back your life insurance proceeds.

2. Once the life insurance company has confirmed the information, they will provide the Letter of Confirmation (“Surat Pengesahan”) in the Company’s letter head and any necessary documentation and guidance required.
