He leads the company’s life insurance business with a clear focus on growth, customer-centricity, and transformation. His mandate is to strengthen Prudential’s market standing and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of Malaysians.

Kelvin brings over 26 years of insurance industry experience, having held senior leadership roles across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, and Hong Kong. His core strengths include agency development, digital and business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and building agile organisations. Before joining PAMB, he was the President and CEO of AIA Philippines, where he led a successful turnaround in both business performance and company culture.

He holds a Bachelor of Business from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Bath, UK.

Outside of work, Kelvin is a licensed pilot who has flown humanitarian missions in Australia, including search and rescue, medical transport, and disaster relief.
