She has a proven track record in managing growth and business expansion, successfully leading digital transformation initiatives to support growth and new strategic initiatives.

Pauline is a seasoned insurance leader with over 25 years of experience having held multiple senior leadership roles across the APAC region with leading financial institutions. Her journey in the industry has contributed to her deep understanding of the insurance landscape and her ability to navigate complex challenges with ease.

She holds a Bachelor of Mathematics, Actuarial Science, and Economics from the University of Waterloo, Canada. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
